How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PREPT. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling is handled by Apple, not inside PREPT.
I did not get my confirmation or reset email.
Check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, email us from the address you signed up with.
How do I delete my account?
Open PREPT, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. This removes your account and the data owned by it.
Are the prices accurate?
They are estimates for planning and will not always match the till. Always check packaging for nutrition and allergen information.
