Privacy Policy

Who we are
PREPT is an iOS app operated from the United Kingdom. Contact: support@preptapp.co.uk.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and an account identifier. Used to sign you in and sync your data between devices.
- Your preferences: dietary needs, disliked and favourite ingredients, cooking ability, weekly budget, calorie and protein targets, and how many portions you cook.
- Your usage of the app: meal plans generated, recipes planned, shopping list items, pantry contents, meals marked as cooked, and weekly summaries.
- Approximate location, only if you grant permission, and only to rank nearby supermarkets and estimate travel time. Location is used on device to pick stores. We do not build a location history.
- Photos, only if you choose one as a background for a share card. Photos are not uploaded to us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use it for advertising or ad targeting.
- We do not collect payment card details. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple.
Processors we use
- Supabase hosts the database and authentication.
- Resend sends account emails such as confirmation and password reset.
- Apple handles subscription purchases and provides Sign in with Apple.
Keeping it
We keep your account data while your account exists. Deleting your account from inside PREPT removes your account and the data owned by it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Email support@preptapp.co.uk.
Children
PREPT is not directed at children under 13.
